The lightweight design makes it the ideal waistcoat for all amateur and professional riders looking for good security. The models are equipped with an automatic width adjustment system which, has already been used reliably in our Level 3 safety waistcoats. The waistcoat offers almost complete 360° protection and allows automatic adjustment to the rider's size.
Cross 6.0 multi-layer back protector, made of adaptive dual density foam, approved to EN 1621-2: Level 2, standard referring to mechanical impact protective clothing for motorcyclists - Part 2: Back protectors.

THERMOFIT
Dual-Density foams soften with your body temperature.
Dual-density foam conforms to the curves of the body. Combined with the thermo-adhesive material, the waistcoat offers a perfect "custom" fit.

MAXIMUM BREATHABILITY
Thanks to optimal perforation, the vest is extremely breathable.
The exterior of the safety waistcoat is made of very light, elastic and breathable textiles. Thus, the soft and flexible protection is immediately felt when putting on the jacket.
The design is reduced to the essentials. Although it is 25mm thick, it does not thicken and can be worn under a jacket.

AUTOMATIC WIDTH ADJUSTMENT
Thanks to a special lamination technique and intelligent flex zones, the width of the strap adjusts automatically.
The front and back foams are connected laterally by an elastic band.
This allows lateral flexibility and automatically adjusts the width when closing the waistcoat.
Thanks to this, these waistcoats are perfectly adjustable in size.

SMOOTH AND FLEXIBLE
An extremely flexible protection system has been developed thanks to the multi-layer construction.
The protective foams are thermo-elastic. Thanks to the body temperature, the foams adapt perfectly to the body.
In a few minutes, the waistcoat adjusts, which provides unparalleled comfort.
Hand washable, hang on hanger to dry out of the sun, no tumble dryer.
The fact that this product is intended for motorcycling does not preclude use for horse riding, but it cannot replace a protective waistcoat that complies with the EN 13158:2018 standard, which is for equestrian sports.
